Cornbread for Dressing
1-1/2 cups buttermilk
2 eggs
2 tablespoons oil
2 cups self rising cornmeal
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Mix cornmeal and baking soda then add buttermilk, eggs and oil. Mix well. bake in an iron skillet at 450° until lightly brown.
